A Belgian manufacturer of print, binding and photo solutions — lay-flat photo books, thermal binding systems, on-demand case-making and foil personalization — sold into the funeral, hospitality, real-estate, finance and HR markets across more than 120 countries.

02 — The challenge

Turning customer content into finished, personalized, print-ready products — at volume, across many product lines and markets — without a person doing manual prepress for every single order.

03 — What Windward builds

The software and automation behind the products: album and book creation tools, generation engines that compose print-ready files automatically, and the order-to-production pipeline that links the web store to Peleman’s binding and personalization hardware — on a robust Progress OpenEdge back-end.

04 — The outcome

Content goes in; finished, branded, print-ready books come out — with the manual prepress in between handled by software, so Peleman can scale personalization across products and countries.
